To agree as a correct record, the minutes of the meeting and discuss matters arising from the last meeting, including: A discussion on the latest changes/relaxation of the permitted development allowances for residential and other development.

Thank you to the speakers and all BHORA members that attended the AGM on Tuesday 11th June. Attendance was around 50.
It was an interesting evening of two parts the first had presentations from local groups including Pinkham Way Alliance, The Palmers Greenery, and Palmers Green Festival. Also in attendance was our GLA Representative Joanne McCarthy to respond to questions on local issues.
Elections for the Chair, Treasurer and Committee members were held in the second part of the meeting. Two nominations were put forward for the Chair, and members voted a majority in favour of electing Caroline Chénier as the new Chairperson. >> See the full news article.

This was an interesting meeting attended by local councillors, David Burrows, and 40-50 members (some newly joined). Two key discussions were 1) A406 road discussion including the traffic calming scheme on side roads.
2) What we want from a Residents Association. Read the draft minutes. We will keep you posted on our plans and activities.
