Planning Applications
BHORA endeavours to review all planning applications submitted for sites within the BHORA area. In many cases the plans are for private home extensions, but recently we have seen a number of plans for high rised flats and commercial development that are not suitable for the area. In such cases an objection is necessary to persuade the council to make sensible decisions. The greater the number of individual objections submitted to Enfield Council the stronger the voice.
If you feel strongly opposed to any of the plans listed below, we have drafted letters of objection which you can download and send either by email to development.control@enfield.gov.uk , or print and post to the address provided in the letter.
Please contact us if you have any additional points you would like us to add to the letters and we will update the template accordingly; or if you have any objections regarding planning applications in the BHORA area which are not listed below for which you would like our assistance. Thank you in advance for your support.
